Description
The Miami Chapter-Black Nurses Association, Inc., (Miami BNA) has had a significant impact on South Florida's communities, as well as positive collaborations with other organizations for 51 years. Over the past (41) forty-years, we have been able to provide scholarships and awards to deserving individuals who have chosen to passionately follow our profession. As in past years, we present a platform to applaud those who have contributed outstanding service, as well as those who have given their time and talents to support community engagement projects of the Miami-BNA Chapter, both locally and nationally. In the past five years, Miami BNA has awarded over $35,500 in scholarships to students pursuing careers in nursing and nurses advancing in the profession. We know that we cannot do this alone; but with your help, we can make it happen. Your sponsorship proceeds will support our Nurses and Student Nurses Scholarship Fund. Miami BNA is committed in our efforts to decrease health disparities. Miami BNA is a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit organization. For additional information with great benefits and visibility, please contact Sharon Rogers, President at (954) 789-9489 or by email at [email protected].
