Jessie offers yoga with a bright open heart and playful spirit. Her mission is to empower students of all ages, drawing out the unique gifts and luminosity that already exist within each of us. Her journey as a yoga teacher began over a decade ago in a lineage rooted in therapeutic, alignment based, heart anchored guidance. She has gone on to specialize in prenatal, empowering flow, and kids yoga. A lifelong student, Jessie surpassed 500+ hours of study this summer with Darren Rhodes and the Yoga Hour Team.  As a new mama, she is so honored to share this mind, heart, embodiment practice with the Sarasota Bay community and beyond. About Namaste at The Bay Weekly, on Thursday evenings, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis for an hour of stretching and breath work at sunset.
