All experience levels are welcome to Yoga at the Art Studio! Art Beat Studio & Café is graciously hosting Sarah Shea to feature yoga in their art space. Surrounded by beautiful artwork, participants will be inspired to tap into their own creativity as we learn to expressive our inner feelings and desires through feel-good stretches and easygoing movements. Not to mention, we'll have drip coffee and small dessert treats included for people to munch on! This is a great afternoon pick-me-up to stimulate the creative parts of our mind, body, and soul.
