Join us for an action-packed 2-hour workshop where we’ll demonstrate how to make a handful of easy non-dairy cheeses, including sliceable-shreddable-meltable mozzarella, dill havarti, a cheddar party ball, and briny feta. You’ll receive a packet of recipes and the inspiration to start wowing friends & family with your own homemade cheese! Crudites and crackers will also be served along with the cheeses so you won't go home hungry!
Ingredient note: The ingredients used in this workshop are gluten-free; soy, coconut and nuts are used throughout the recipes.
