Join us for a magical evening under the dark sky of the new moon, as we embark on a transformative journey into the depths of sound healing with Aphyna Zoe and Olivia Harper as your guides. Bring your intentions, an open heart and receive the beauty of sound with a variety of instruments, such as the enchanting harp, mesmerizing chimes, celestial crystal singing bowls, the calming ocean drum, the rhythmic shamanic drum, and the power of our voices, to guide you towards deep relaxation and inner peace. There will be 10-15 minutes at the end to reflect or journal, while enjoying the ambient harp and sipping on a magical cup of tea. Leave feeling renewed, refreshed, and reconnected. We look forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you! There will be props available such as yoga mats, pillows and eye pillows. Please bring a blanket and any other item that will help you relax and surrender into the meditation. *We will also be encorporating other healing modalities with tuning forks, aromatherapy and reiki. Olivia is a certified biofield tuner and Aphyna is a Reiki practitioner. These added elements are completely optional but a small amount of the essential oil 'Breath' by doterra will be used in the space.
