The Murph Hero Workout is an annual tradition at CrossFit 51 on Memorial Day. This event is dedicated to honor those who have fought for us & those who continue to make sacrifices for our freedom. We will offer heats every hour 8:00am, 9:00am, and 10:00am. Workout can be performed individually or as a team of two (Register for 2 if you are signing up for you & your partner). Gym will open at 7:30am to allow for warm-up time. Please arrive 15 min before your heat time. *If you are not currently a CrossFit 51 member, you are still welcome to join us! Our Drop-in Fee is $20 or you can pre-order a Murph Shirt for $25 via cashapp $Crossfit51 & include your t-shirt size. T-shirt Pre-order Deadline is May13th!
