Foundation Training is a movement practice that draws on knowledge from the worlds of chiropractic, yoga, biomechanics, and occupational therapy. Through accessible isometric forms and simple movements, I coach clients to rebuild and restore their bodies' natural healthy functioning. It's an unfortunate fact that for most of us modern life results in shortening and weakening of our best stabilizing and load-bearing muscles. Foundation Training's practice helps us re-lengthen our muscles, decompress our joints and nerves, and rediscover healthy and happy relationships with our bodies.
