‎Get ready to sweat it out under the sun because National Fitness Day is here! Come enjoy a weekend of outdoor classes from FITRow's studios at Congressional Plaza. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting out, we've got something for everyone. From yoga to bootcamp, your expert trainers will guide you through a heart-pumping workout that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed. So grab your workout gear, invite your friends, and let's celebrate fitness together! All classes are free and ou can attend as many as you'd like. Please bring your own yoga or fitness mat as those will NOT be provided by the studios. You are also encuraged to bring your own water bottle or hydration. Signup to RSVP for the event. You may be required to fill out a waiver if you attend certain classes. That will be emailed to you ahead of time or you can fill that out on the day-of.
