Cheese and Herb Soufflé DinnerIt’s National Cheese Soufflé Day and what a perfect reason to make some for dinner. Soufflés are a classic that are impressive and easier to make than you think. We will whip up personal-sized soufflés and while they are cooking, mix an easy vinaigrette for a simple salad and crusty bread to round out the meal. A hands-on class you will not forget.

FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest. Please select the proper ticket type as there is an additional cost.
