Come sew with Kim at the shop! In this class we will be learning how to sew a lined tote bag. Learn how to attach handles to your tote, how to make a gusset (aka, this tote bag with have depth! See last pic) , and how to create and attach a lining to a bag. All materials provided. I will have a few different options of fabrics for you to choose from for this class. (We won't have tie-dye)! But we will have 3-4 different cotton canvas for you to choose from. If you prefer to bring your own fabric to use, that is OK! Please be sure it is at least 36"x 17" for both the exterior, and interior. SKILL LEVEL: Beginners/Intermediate. (you must have previous sewing knowledge, and be able to navigate and use your sewing machine without much help) ***If bringing your own machine please be SURE it is working before class!
