What is a pastor? Should churches have a plurality of pastors/elders? These questions and more will be addressed in the 2023 Building Healthy Churches Conference. Come hear from our conference speakers: Phil Newton and Rich Shadden. Phil has served as a pastor for over forty years and he now serves as the Director of Pastoral Care and Mentoring through The Pillar Network. Rich has served as a pastor for over ten years. He is currently serving at Audubon Park Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee. Together, Phil and Rich wrote Shepherding the Pastor which was released in February 2023. This one-day event will be packed with encouragement for churches, resources for attendees, and a time of great fellowship. Gather with us on September 16th, 2023 as we think through Biblical Church Leadership and how it impacts local churches in Louisiana and beyond.
