Monday, August 28, 2023 - 9am -4pm (Class) Tuesday, August 29, 2023- 9am-4pm (Class) Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - 9am -4pm (Review & Exam) This program prepares all those who work in the foodservice industry, specifically those seeking food protection manager certification for the ANSI-approved Food Protection Manager Certification exam. Managers successfully completing the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Certified Professional Food Manager Exam meet the FDA Food Code 2017 requirement for a Certified Food Protection Manager. This certificate not only meets the same requirement in North Carolina but it is also good throughout the United States for five years.
