Join Masha Schmidt, licensed acupuncturist from DayDream Collaborative Clinic, to learn facial Gua Sha for relaxing the face and neck. We'll discuss techniques to help release tension, improve circulation and relieve allergy symptoms. Helpful for anyone experiencing facial tension from computer screens, mask wearing, teeth grinding and other stressors. We will also discuss the vagus nerve and how relaxing the face and neck eases systemic tension. Bring your own Gua Sha tool or purchase one from Witch Hazel ($30...just drop us a note and we'll reserve one). All guests will receive a 15% discount to shop at Witch Hazel after the event. Note: A minimum of 6 guests are needed to hold this workshop. If we don't receive 6 sign-ups by 5/10/23, we will unfortunately need to cancel, and we will refund your ticket price. Do I need any prior experience with Gua Sha? Nope! What happens if I need to cancel? Once booked, tickets are not refundable.
