During the Keynote Address, Courtney Penn, the Director of the Office of Early Childhood and Out of School Learning, will reflect on the responsibilities of her role leading this work, share her vision and goals for OECOSL, discuss important updates around initiatives that impact the field, and set aside time for Q&A at the end of her session discussion. Courtney hopes to inspire and encourage excitement of the attendees about the future of early childhood and out of school learning in our state.
