Join us at the Hunt Institute on May 11th for an ImpactNights™ where we will discuss Changing the Narrative: Saving Our Children When Socio-Economic Factors are Folding In.For this month's conversation, we will be focusing on the importance of "Place." When parents are incarcerated, children are often left without a sense of Place. Using data and real-life experiences, we will examine what it means to grow up in circumstances with compounding socio-economic factors, including incarceration and poverty. We will also examine what it is like to work with youth as they navigate the criminal justice system.
In-person: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, grab a cup of coffee, and network with like-minded professionals. At 4:30 PM, we begin the panel discussion. At 6:00 PM, we wrap things up and everyone is invited to a reception to continue the conversation.
We are excited to announce a panel discussion!Thank you to the below conveners and panelists.
