Celebrate Jackson Family wines with this four-course paired menu hosted by Tyler Calvin. Britt will prepare seasonal dishes to pair with wines from La Crema and three other wines from the portfolio. This special experience will feature a beautifully roasted tenderloin of Beef with grilled fresh vegetables, Smoked Salmon Salad, wonderfully stuffed sea scallops and rich dessert. Purchase tickets in the tasting room by May 8th if you prefer. Limited seating Special Dietary needs will be honored if contacting Britt's Wine and Dine 3 days prior to event.
