Pasta Making Class from scratch! Come learn to pasta from scratch. $25 (includes hands on practice making your own pasta dough, taking home dough you made, the recipe to recreate at home, and a taste of the recipe). Ages 18+ What to Expect Tables and tools will be shared between participants, but each will have their own supplies. We will begin and end promptly to respect your time and the time of other participants. Participants should plan to have their hair pinned or tied back. Aprons will be available to borrow or you can bring your own! Each participant will make their own pasta dough and be shown how to shape it with basic kitchen tools. Instructor will also demonstrate how to make pasta noodles using mixer attachment and then offer samples of the pasta. Uncooked pasta formed by participants is theirs to take home and cook there. This is an adults-only class. Please stay tuned for a kids class this Fall. How to Register Tickets via Eventbrite are required and helps instructors prepare for the class. Each class is listed on Eventbrite and as an Event on our Facebook page. Your spot in the class is not secured until you’ve paid and number of slots is limited to insure each participant gets individualized attention. Food Allergies? This class uses wheat flour and eggs.
