Join Fame Preservation Group, Inc., at Stars and Bars Tavern at 723 Klumac Road, Salisbury, NC from 12:00pm - 4:00pm for our second annual outdoor Barbecue Festival where we'll be hosting a summer event packed with fun activities, public speakers, open vendors and live music from the Southern Rock band Ashes to Stone. $10.00 plates of Boston Butt, Mac N' Cheese and Coleslaw will be provided with a drink to attendees for this special event that we hope will be a great success for our organization as we continue to fundraise towards our goal of best preserving the historical context of Rowan's Confederate dead and their contributions abroad through historical markers, tours and Cemetery cleanup efforts. Feel free to give business to Stars and Bars Tavern too where this event will be alcohol friendly, do tip the bartender too and shoot and game of pool if you'd like. All we ask is to drink responsibly. This will be our largest event of the year and we will greatly appreciate all of the attendance that this festival can bring.
