Description

Our half day camp is for Wake County School's Early Release Day on Tuesday, May 9th. Campers will have the opportunity to ride horses, play games, do arts and crafts, enjoy a scavenger hunt on our nature trail, learn about horsemanship, and feed the goats. Includes an afternoon snack and shirt. Drop-off is 1:00-2:00 Pick-up is 5:30-6:00 How to prepare for your camp day: Bring a change of clothing (wear long pants for riding, bring shorts for water activities)Refillable water bottle labeled with your child's name.Closed toe shoes; Boots recommended (no flip flops or crocs are permitted)Bug spray and sunscreen are recommended.If your child has their own ASTM/SEI certified equestrian helmet, they can bring it. If not, we provide them at no additional cost. However, if you prefer that you child not wear a helmet that has been worn by others please come prepared with own helmet.
