Women Veterans, come meet, make a connection, develop relationships, and acquire the knowledge needed to ensure maximization of your veteran benefits. You will connect with other women veterans, hear from knowledgeable speakers, learn about local, state ,and federal resources, and obtain information on new benefits. Hosted by Tri County Women Veterans Inc, WV Conference Room Rates Group room rates are available three (3) dates prior and three (3) days post the official program dates, based on hotel availability at the time the reservation is being made. GROUP ROOMS - CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Guest check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). GROUP ROOMS - METHOD OF RESERVATIONS Individual Call-In Individuals will be able to make, modify or cancel reservations by calling 352-626-1246. When making a reservation, the individual will need to provide the group name. Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of 5/31/2023 in order to be eligible for the group rate. GROUP ROOMS - PAYMENT METHOD The following billing arrangements apply: Individual Pay GROUP ROOMS - CUT-OFF DATE Reservations must be received on or before Wednesday, May 31, 2023 (the “Cut-Off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space and rate-available basis at the Tri-County Women Veterans group rate.
