We will begin with a cacao ceremony, a traditional practice that uses raw cacao as a heart-opening medicine. Together, we will drink a special blend of ceremonial-grade cacao and set intentions for our journey ahead. Next, we will move into a breathwork session, a powerful technique that helps us release stress, anxiety, and negative emotions from our body. Through conscious breathing, we will create a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace. Finally, we will move into dance, a free-form movement practice that allows us to express ourselves and connect with our body in a fun and joyful way. With uplifting music and guided prompts, we will explore different movements and connect with our innermost selves. No previous experience is necessary, and all are welcome.
