In this workshop you'll learn: The nature of the mind and how to master it to be in the flow. Accessing "the switch" for peak performance in anything you do. Hacking your nervous system for peak mental & physical performance. Strengthening the mind-body connection. Simulated high altitude training & legal doping (releasing EPO). VO2 Max & optimizing oxygen uptake of cells. The neuroscience of peak-state experiences. Personal evolution through peak-state experience. In the last hour you will be guided through a mind expanding practice of breathwork, sound & meditation for accessing deep brain waves states, super-creativity & inner guidance. *This final practice is not suitable for those with epilepsy, who are pregnant or with severe health problems. **COVID precautions: We will take all necessary precautions as well as provide enough space for social distancing throughout the workshop.
