Join Master Reiki Jamie of Spoke of Light for two days of transformative learning as she leads Reiki 1 and 2 certification classes at Power House Studios on June 24th and 25th, from 9am to 4pm. In this immersive training, you will learn the fundamentals of Reiki, a healing practice that channels energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. During Reiki 1, you will learn the history and principles of Reiki, how to perform self-healing, and how to give Reiki treatments to others. You will also receive your first attunement, which will open your energy channels and enable you to access the healing power of Reiki. In Reiki 2, you will delve deeper into the practice, learning the symbols and mantras used to enhance your healing abilities. You will also receive a second attunement, further strengthening your connection to the Reiki energy. Throughout the training, Master Reiki Jamie will guide you through meditations and practical exercises designed to deepen your understanding of Reiki and your ability to use it to heal yourself and others.
