Welcome! Your $80~ ticket guarantees your spot at Holy Toledo! and admission for one person. Additional General Admission tickets can be purchased for $20. Individuals / small brands looking to sell at the event can purchase a Vendor ticket for $100. All attendees must have a ticket. This event is very much what we make of it: host a happy hour, a volleyball tournament, or your very own workshop on solar configurations (no really). View Site Map MUST READ - These are *not* enormous campsites, but you will have room for chairs, awnings, etc. - Actual spots inside of Waterfront Park are first come, first serve - Refunds will be issued via Venmo or Paypal upon request up to two weeks before the event. - There are no hookups of any kind. - Portos will be placed in Waterfront Park - Animals are allowed, on leash (Rona is not considered an animal, and is therefor exempt) - This is an event that is woven throughout the town of Toledo. Please be respectful and follow the golden rule: treat others how you would like to be treated. - Leave No Trace / Leave it Better Than you Found It IF YOU PURCHASE A TICKET By purchasing a ticket you hereby become an event Participant and you agree to ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with their participation in the Event. The Participant agrees to HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE, DEFEND, AND INDEMNIFY Granite & Light LLC, The City of Toledo, Oregon, The Port of Toledo, Oregon, the Event sponsors, the owners, operators, contractors, and employees of said companies, and their affiliated organizations and companies, insurance carriers, parents, agents, representatives, assignees, officers, and directors (each hereinafter a "Released Party") for ANY AND ALL LIABILITY and claims for any and all injuries or death to persons or damage to property arising from the Participant’s participation in the Event, including those claims based on any Released Party’s alleged or actual NEGLIGENCE or breach of any express or implied WARRANTY. In the case of a minor participant, the minor participant’s parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they are also agreeing to this Liability Waiver on behalf of the minor participant and that the minor participant shall be bound by all the terms of this agreement. Participating in any Event activity or the activities listed in the "Things to Do" section of holytoledogathering.com can be dangerous and could result in damages to your person or property. You participate in the Event at your own risk. Participant understands and acknowledges that they have been informed and understand all Event rules and regulations, and agrees to comply with Event security and staff at all times.
