Vincent House follows the Clubhouse Model of recovery for adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. Our members work side by side with staff to complete the work of our program, to gain practical work and life skills. The goal of Transitional Employment Program is for our members to gain work experience, build confidence and put them in a stronger position to fully rejoin the workforce. Our program not only strengthens the community, but also is an excellent deal for your business.
