The Greater Cleveland Safe Kids Coalition, UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Injury Prevention Center, UH Brunner Sanden Deitrick Wellness Center, UH EMS Institute, and Mentor Police and Fire have joined together to host a fun, yet informative event at the UH Brunner Sanden Deitrick Wellness Center on Sunday, May 21 from 12pm - 2pm. All REGISTERED attendees are invited to join the wellness center in an open swim from 2-3pm after the workshops conclude!!! How it works? Event attendees will rotate through different hands-on workshops every 15 minutes! The Water Safety Rodeo will include workshops on: Open Water and Boating SafetyWater Rescue and SupervisionSafety In and Around Pools Hands-Only CPR Demonstrations and Practice First Response Vehicles and Water Safety Trailer Children who attend and participate in this free event will receive a free life jacket! Participating families will also be entered for a chance to win a three-month membership to the UH Brunner Sanden Deitrick Wellness Center! The event is free and open to the public. Registration is required. All REGISTERED attendees are invited to join the wellness center in an open swim from 2-3pm after the workshops conclude!!!
