Join us for a 4-week, 8 session training camp starting on Tuesday, May 16, and going until June 8. Schedule is every Tuesday/Thursday from 3:30-4:30PM. Kulshan Athletics Youth Performance Training Program is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation of physical fitness, promote injury prevention, and enhance their athletic performance. Our program focuses on evidence-based training methods and personalized coaching to meet the unique needs of each athlete. Our experienced coaches provide guidance and feedback to help athletes develop strength, power, speed, and agility, while also promoting proper technique and injury prevention strategies. Our program includes a comprehensive training curriculum that covers various aspects of strength and conditioning, including resistance training, plyometrics, speed and agility drills, flexibility exercises, and injury prevention techniques. Our training sessions are dynamic, engaging, and designed to challenge athletes at their appropriate skill level, promoting continuous improvement and growth.
