SCG Development, Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority, and The Ruth and Hal Launders Charitable Trust "RHLCT" invite you to celebrate the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Ovation at Arrowbrook. This newly completed mixed-use development is comprised of 274 affordable apartment homes along with 38,000 square feet of retail space that will be home to a grocery store, bakery, a brewery, and more! Community amenities include a fitness center, business center, club and entertainment rooms, a private courtyard, and garage parking. In addition, the community has easy access to the Innovation Metro Station, playgrounds, athletic fields, an outdoor entertainment pavilion, and a dog park. We are so excited to bring this wonderful new development to Herndon that will provide a comfortable and affordable home to many families and individuals.
