You will enjoy a steady paced flow designed to engage and strengthen your muscles and end with a relaxing stretch to cool your muscles down. This class will be led by Noelle, the lead yoga teacher from YogaSix Riverstone. There will also be an opportunity for you to enter a raffle to win a free week of yoga. Bring your yoga mat (if you have one) and water. Class will be held on the lawn by the lake in Lake Pointe Village Shopping Center. Head inside to Buff City Soaps and take advantage of a sale on body butters, body scrubs, etc., after the class.
