Join us Saturday, May 13th, for our Club Sports Group F45 Northern Regional Playoffs. Test your fitness level against other studio members (Buffalo Grove East, Glenview, Mount Prospect, Northbrook, Palatine, Vernon Hills). Playoffs will consist of 10 stations, 45 seconds of work, with 15 seconds of rest. With different exercised being timed for a point system. This timed competitive race is not just for elite but for everybody! Stations consits of a mixture of cardio and strength exercises. There will be 2 divisions: Allstars: $25pp - includes participation in event + custom F45 Chicago Playoffs shirt. We will offer RED (Modified) and Blue (Original) divisions within the Allstar heat. Varsity: $45pp - includes above + swag bag and opportunity to win cash prizes. Heat times will be communicated with participants week event! Are you ready to test your F45 skills?
