X GUIDE is an intimate customized experience where we share with you how to live in the flow not only personally but specifically with your work formally and informally. You will understand how to practically live out your unique design (discovered in the LIVE! experience) in your work. The outcome of the Guide experience is to have an actionable plan on incorporating the X Way People Development Ingredients in what you do every day with your life work. You will learn Dave Gibbons’ toolkit and what he uses to develop leaders individually and with groups of leaders globally. Other benefits of the X GUIDE: 1. Understanding FLOW and the critical nature of using FLOW in all that we do. 2. A version 1.0 of how to integrate the operating system of X in your own ecosystem. 3. Knowledge of the Tools/Resources available to you to design your future work. 4. Language and a unique system around People and Culture Development 5. Gaining clarity around the X Pipeline of how to develop others. 6. Monetizing Your work 7. Learning with other global leaders to sharpen your leadership skills *Note: The LIVE!
