Join us for this Guest Speaker event to learn about Wilbur’s career journey, thoughts on leadership and participate in an interactive Q&A session. An Unrelenting Journey Wilbur's incredible journey began ten years ago after he completed his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. With an unrelenting vision to succeed, he independently started Youtech & Associates in his parent’s basement at just 21 years old. His resilience paid off immensely; nine short years later the company is now an award-winning integrated marketing and development agency employing more than 85 people across three cities - Naperville IL, Dallas TX and Scottsdale AZ! The Pursuit of Lifelong Learning After incorporating Youtech, Wilbur graduated with his MBA from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management, specializing in entrepreneurship. His unique ability to construct personalized marketing strategies allows him to effortlessly bridge the gap between traditional and digital marketing methods. As the visionary behind Youtech’s ever-growing marketing empire, Wilbur has continued to positively grow the business from the ground up without external funding. Happy, Humble & Motivated Not only is he the CEO and Founder of award-winning Marketing Agency Youtech, Wilbur is an Advisory Board Member to The Alkaline Water Company and a Board Member to the Northern Illinois Food Bank and The Midland Institute of Entrepreneurship. Wilbur is also a published author with his first book released in 2020 titled Happy, Humble, Motivated. Additionally, he was featured in Forbes magazine’s 30 Under 30 in 2021, and was recognized with the 2022 Alumni Achievement award from the Alumni Association of DeVry University and its Keller Graduate School of Management.
