Everyone deserves to know how to protect themselves and feel secure. As people age they tend to become weaker and slower, which makes them more susceptible to attacks. Fortunately, there are many effective strategies that seniors can learn to defend themselves. This session will teach participants how to be aware of their surroundings, basic self-defense moves, how to aim for weak points, and how to attack with any items that you may have in your hands. This engaging session will show that intense material arts training is not needed to learn how to defend yourself. Just basic moves and awareness of your surroundings.
