Dear Freeman Family, Family Reunion Countdown has begun! The 2023 Freeman Family Reunion will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 11am – 9pm at Lake Pavilion at 460 Aerodrome Way, Griffin, GA 30224. Here's the website to view Lake Pavilion is: https://www.thelakepavilion.com/ This year’s Theme of Reunion is, "Freeman Family Fun Day ". The T-Shirt Color is "RED". The Committee would like to know who will be attending. Requesting that you please RSVP by clicking on the red " Reserve a Spot" button on this web page. It is FREE to RSVP. It only take a few minutes to RSVP. Please put in the number of family members that will be attending with you. This way we would get a better headcount. Also, we are requesting for you to send the names of all the people in your household and guests that will be attending the 2023 Freeman Family Reunion. Please include ages, address, phone number and email address (if you have one). It has been a while since last family reunion and would like to update contact information. What is needed for Family Reunion:We are asking each family member to please pay = $120 (per household 5 or less in each household) All Monies must be paid in cash or money order by June 18, 2023 . (No checks please!) You can send monthly payments, as long as your dues are paid by deadline date June 1st. The monies that are collected will be used to pay for venue of the Lake Pavilion, rental of tables, rental of equipment, Catering for lunch and dinner from Food Truck Vendors, purchase the Supplies and Products, Games, prizes for the activities, and Decoration Supplies (water, drinks, snacks all day, Tablecloths, Napkins, Plates, Cups, Utensils, Condiments, etc.) We are doing a wine down Sip "N" Paint activity before dinner. If you would like to participate in the Sip "N" Paint, please send your name(s)of people. This will allow us to get enough paint supplies for the activity.
