WEEKNIGHT RECREATION is a womens only event where women get use movement, meditation, and connection to develop deeper connection to themselves. Think club meets spa. No hangover but highest of vibes. Just you and the girls dancing out whatever ails you. Leaving you feeling lighter and freeer… on a Tuesday. Here we will get to safely explore the edges of our emotions through music, sensual movement, and light meditation. Because of this children will not be permitted to attend so that mommas can sink fully into their own experience for the evening. The evening will kick off will a brief chat and move into the movement portion of the evening. No dance experience required. If you have a body you can do this. We will then do light meditation ( bring a mat or towel for your comfort), followed by closing circle. Comfortable free flowing clothing is best and we will go barefoot but if you prefer to wear socks thats ok too. Hope to see you there. In embodied love, Misha
