We are Little Dreams Come True, a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides everything from basic necessities to once in a lifetime experiences for underserved children in the Valley. We are hosting our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament for a Cause this year at Silverado Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. Proceeds from this event help sustain the many outreach efforts throughout the Valley and throughout the year. This year, our Golf Tournament for a Cause will benefit young, expecting mothers (ages 17-20) and their babies who are currently housed in group homes through Arizona's Department of Child Safety. The funds we raise at our golf event will be used to put on a Mother's Day luncheon for these young moms. There are 12,000 children experiencing foster care in Arizona and some of those foster care children are parents who have never had a family. They are learning how to be successful parents without ever having anyone to model those roles for them. Young mothers who are experiencing foster care benefit greatly by knowing that there are people in the community who support them and believe in their ability to be effective parents.
