Join us in Americus, GA for a special Mothers' Day sound healing event! Allow yourself to be supported and nourished from the inside out with healing tones from the crystal singing bowls. This particular event is just for women, sorry guys! Most of our other Sound Healing events are for all genders. For this one, we'll be tapping into the energy of the Divine Mother, so that all who are present can connect with her grounding, nurturing feminine force. This interactive experience incorporates breathing techniques to calm the body and mind, as well as sounds and chants that bring healing vibrations from the inside out. You'll also receive a 20-25 minute healing sound bath with the crystal singing bowls combined with guided meditation to complete your session. Doors open 10 minutes early so you can settle in and get comfortable. Chairs will be provided; please bring a yoga mat, sleeping pad, cushions, blanket, etc. if you wish to lay down for the sound bath. Comfortable clothing is recommended, as well as bringing water for hydration. Space is limited to 15 people; register today to secure your spot! A recent participant shared that she went from stressed to calm and relaxed, and said, "The sound bath meditation was absolutely amazing!" About your facilitator: Robin Humphreys has been guiding group healing experiences since 2014 and brings a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to the group space. She uses her holistic training background in her class offerings so that body, mind, heart, and spirit are activated and integrated. Robin is a trauma-informed practitioner who tailors her group experiences to be inclusive of all backgrounds and belief systems.
