INTERNATIONAL GATOR DAY | May 20th, 2023 UF has designated Saturday, May 20, 2023, as International Gator Day, a day in which Gator Clubs around the world unite to utilize the size and spirit of the Gator Nation to positively impact local communities. Gators will join together to support projects and programs within their local communities, using their time and talents to serve others. In Jacksonville, this year we have a variety of volunteer opportunities available for you to choose from to give back to our local community on International Gator Day! Pre-registration is required for ALL volunteers. Capacity is limited on some of the opportunities. Please make sure that you read all of the information about each option before making your selection and follow the outlined instructions for each event. ------------------------------------------------ VOLUNTEER ROLE: City of Jax/JaxParks Monopoly Tournament Volunteer DESCRIPTION -- Volunteers are needed to help run the 1st Annual JaxParks MONOPOLY Tournament at Legends Community Center. Player/Volunteer Registration Table: Check-in players/volunteers. Distribute welcome packages.Bankers: Each game table will have 4 players + a banker. Calculators provided.
