This Japanese practice known as forest bathing is a relaxation technique that will help participants destress and improve a sense of well-being. Presenter Justin Ferko, a certified forest bathing guide, will give an overview of the practice, its history and some of the benefits for those who want to further learn about Shinrin-Yoku. The workshop will take place in the courtyard area on the grounds of the library. Following the workshop, there will be a closing tea ceremony.
