This event sponsored by Downingtown Police Department and Safe Kids Chester County is open to all children ages 3-13. During this event, children will have the opportunity to ensure they are wearing a properly fitted safety helmet (replacement helmets are available at no cost while supplies last), navigate the safety course with Downingtown Police , receive giveaways, and obtain their very own "bike license". We will review stop techniques, hand signals, turning maneuvers, and more. This event does not teach beginners how to ride a bike. Pre-registration is REQUIRED.
