Join Oregon State University Extension in learning how to freeze vegetables for later use! This workshop will focus on two methods of preserving tomatoes by freezing – stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Participants will take home samples and food preservation resources! This class is offered by trained OSU Master Food Preservers. They provide reliable and safe research-based food preservation techniques in a classroom setting.
