Coming Together For A Cause is charity event hosted by F45 Sparkman to benefit the Metropolitan Ministries and the community of Tampa. F45 Sparkman has partnered with their local wellness neighbors Bodyrok, Union Three and Orange Theory to host a community wellness event on May 21st from 9:00am to 11:00am on the lawn at Sparkman Wharf. Check in 8:45am 9:00am opening with Head Coach Gina from F45 Sparkman and Natalie from Metropolitan Ministries 9:10am-9:30am Orange Theory warm up cardio class 9:40am-10:00am F45 Sparkman HIIT/strength class 10:10am-10:30am Bodyrok pilates class 10:40-11:00am Union Three yoga Tickets are $25 all proceeds go to benefit the Metropolitan Ministries .
