Join us for the AFRO-SOCA Wine Food & Music Festival as we welcome live bands, wines, and vendors. Bring an appetite for great music, wine, and food. Enjoy the fresh air and the amazing sounds of June! Vendor spaces are 10x10. Food vendor spaces are 10x15. Food trucks welcomed. Vendors to provide their own tables, tent, chair and cloth. Vendors will receive vending information packet on one week before the event. Set-up time is 8:30AM - 10:30AM on Sunday, June 17th, 2023.  Festival doors will open at 11AM.  We ask that you unload and park as quickly as possible.  All vehicles must be removed by 10:30AM. This is an outdoor event rain or shine. Vendor sign up is on a first come basis. Vendor spots are very limited. . **FOOD Vendors are required to display the following the day of the event: 1) Health Certificate 2) Type K Fire Extinguishers (2) The health department will come by and inspect your booth the day of the event. Hand wash area with grey water barrel. If large cookers or fryers are to be used, they MUST be gas and 6 feet from your tent per Fire Marshal. Propane tanks must be anchored and secured properly. All grills must be 6ft from the front and sides of your vendor space unless approved by the Fire Marshal. All grills and fryers must operate only on grass areas. Grease and grease products must be removed from the fairgrounds. Do not dump grease or grease products in the portable toilets, dumpsters, trash cans, gray water barrels or on the grounds There is a $100.00 FINE for non- compliance! Food vendors must follow all NFPA Fire Department requirements including a required “Type K” fire extinguishers* **All Non-Food Vendors** ALL CANOPIES (tents) MUST BE “NFPA 701” FIRE CODE APPROVED! Each vendor space is to have a fire extinguisher that has a 2-a: 10-B: C or higher rating. All tents must be weighted down to the ground.(Most stores that sell camping gear will sell weights) Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods or Amazon would be a good place to check first.
