Special Lead for Change training for nonprofit leaders, managers and employees
This targeted half-day training opportunity brings together a cross section of nonprofit leaders to discuss equity and inclusion strategies and how they intersect with the services and resources they provide to the community. A team of national experts will share their expertise to help nonprofit leaders hone their skills, knowledge, and leadership to affect change. The session will focus on equity education and strategies, as well as managing staff and designing effective tactics to drive greater impact within organizations and communities.
Keynote Speaker: Nkosi Anderson, educator and a social activist.
Nkosi Anderson is an educator and a social activist. He has been committed to diversity and social justice work for over twenty-five years. His experience spans the areas of public education, government, academia, nonprofits, community groups, and religious organizations. He holds degrees from Columbia University and Union Theological Seminary, NY.
