Balfour Beatty and Kjellstrom + Lee (A Joint Venture) have been awarded the William and Mary Housing and Dining Hall (West 1 & Jamestown East) project. Join us to learn more about the project, bid and construction schedule and network with our team. The project comprises of 6 buildings across 2 sites. West 1 Housing, Buildings 1-4 (Student Housing), 240,854 sf West 1 Housing, Building 5 (Dining Hall), 51,435 sf Jamestown East, (Student Housing), 71,348 sf Buildings 1-5 are located on the West 1 site and the Jamestown East student housing building is on a nearby site on campus. The total building area is roughly 363,637 SF. Total bed count is 1,199.
