For millennia, seekers have ventured through the Earth’s vast deserts in search of truth and enlightenment. Now, more than ever, artists, musicians, visionaries, and adventurers are heeding the call to the magical expanses of the Mojave’s High Desert. Ancient energies loom through rugged landscapes, feeding the imagination and nurturing the soul. Our goal is to create a space where people can gather and connect for a synergetic alignment. Our guest speaker this month is Aimee Takaya. Aimee is a Hanna Somatic Educator and Transformation Facilitator. Destined to become a SOMANAUT, like an astronaut who travels in the inner body realms', Aimee will be demonstrating her powerful practice. We are fascinated and looking forward to having a taste of this special transformational practice. _______________________ Monthly Mixer The monthly mixer will be held at the BREWJA Elixir Lounge in downtown Joshua Tree, California. BREWJA Elixir is a beautiful storefront purveying plants, fungi, and exotic ceremonial herbs. Featuring a tea, elixir, tonic bar with an outside space to build community. We will have complementary hors d'oeuvres, alongside handcrafted alcohol-free beverages, tea lattes, matcha-infused adaptogens, and exotic chai available for purchase. Be comfortably dressed or feel free to bring a change of clothing. In the yoga studio, the first portion of the evening will feature a monthly rotation of different and unique practitioners and musicians. After the presentation, at Brewja, we will sip on the signature tea latte and adaptation elixirs for a fine mix and mingle. We hope this will open the doors for new connections, discussions, and a higher understanding of what is offered and available.
