Join us for an evening of self-care, connecting, meeting friends, relaxation and experiencing a little Zen. For many of us, finding that time for self-care can be hard. Our lives get busy and of course the to do list is never ending, right. So come take a little time for yourself and join us in a fun night! This event is on July 11th at 7pm and will be at Hideaway on Angel in Layton. Radiate Nutrition will be bringing the oh so delicious hydration drinks that hydrate the body without all the sugar and they have some amazing health benefits, too. Here’s a little sneak peak of the agenda: 🔹First we’ll start off with some Connection Circles where we can mingle and get to know each other and hey maybe meet some new friends. Just really connect with each other and enjoy some time with others. 🔹Then we’ll enjoy a relaxing mindfulness session (to be announced). 🔹Afterwards, we'll enjoy some great tips for experiencing more Zen in your life. 🔹And then we’ll end with some fun giveaways. The cost is $25 per person. Make sure to bring a yoga mat or pillow to sit on so you can enjoy this event in comfort. Comfy clothes encouraged too! I can’t wait to connect again and enjoy a fun night out!
