You Are Invited!We are excited to announce that the Louisiana Center for Health Equity along with our partners will be presenting the "Women's Health Day & Retreat 2023: Celebrating Wellness and Culture." Our eleventh annual, this advocacy day and symposium will be held at the State Capitol in Baton Rouge on May 18, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM coinciding with National Women’s Health Week.Our Theme: The Right to LivelihoodThe day will begin with exhibit tables and activities in the Rotunda at 9:00 AM followed by a Seminar from 9:30 AM until 1:00 PM and a break for Lunch. The event will focus on factors impacting women's health and women's health outcomes.  Can we count on you to join us in support of women, children and families?This event activities are free and open to the public. General admission registration is encouraged. The Seminar has limited seating. Reserve your spot for lunch at a rate of $15. Help us promote this event and encourage women to come out and show their support. Resource tables and Sponsorships are available. A resource table purchase includes a ticket to the Seminar.
