• There are no refunds. • Arrive on the property 30 minutes before your scheduled investigation time. • You will have access to a staff member all night that will provide you the option of a "pre tour of the building". Feel free to bring your own equipment! • No Weapons allowed on the property. • Drugs and Alcohol are not permitted. • We reserve the right to refuse admission, or cancel an event for safety reasons. • There are minimum age requirements for this investigation: please see our website-www.therealwaverlyhills.com/guidelinesandrules for more detailed information on tours and investigations. • If you wish to add more than 10 total guests (including yourself) to this investigation, purchase this ticket, and then call the office to discuss details (502-690-7880). • Gate A is the only access point to the hospital.
