Griffith, UNCF's Senior Vice President of Programs and Student Services, who is responsible for the strategic management of more than 400 scholarships, programs, internships, and fellowships, including the Gates Millennium Scholars Program, a 20-year, $1.6 billion scholarship initiative funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation that is the nation’s largest scholarship program.
